Who is eligible for coordinated care?

Any undergraduate College of Engineering student who has a concern is eligible for coordinated care services.


Is coordinated care confidential?

Coordinated care services fall under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). This means that all meetings with coordinated care specialists will be kept private to the extent possible. However, information may be shared on a need-to-know basis with appropriate personnel within Penn State in order to coordinate and provide you with the best care. 


I’m a student. How do I connect with the Coordinated Care Team?

If this is your first time connecting with the Coordinated Care Team, please complete the Coordinated Care Intake Form. If you’ve previously met with the Coordinated Care Team, please call the Engineering Advising Center (EAC) at 814-863-1033 to schedule a follow-up appointment.


I’m a faculty member. How do I share a student concern with the Coordinated Care Team?

Faculty and staff who wish to share a student concern with the Coordinated Care Team should complete the Coordinated Care Faculty and Staff Referral Form.

The Engineering Advising Center (EAC) serves as the academic advising resource for students in pre-major status (ENGR) at University Park. Once students have been admitted to a College of Engineering major, they will be assigned to a faculty adviser in that major.
